  1. Is this a secured site?
    Absolutely, positively, this is a secured site. Your credit card information is safe with us!
     
  2. How do you ship?
    We ship UPS or USPS. Our shipping department decides which method will get it to you the quickest, depending on the weight of your package.
     
  3. When will my order be shipped and when can I expect to receive it?
    Your order will be shipped the very next business day after it is received. Depending on the shipping method you choose (Ground or Express), your order will be delivered 2-10 business days after we ship it, depending on your distance from California.   4. Is Overnight Delivery available?
    Yes. We can ship your order via Overnight Delivery (but it is not cheap!). Please call us for pricing.
     
  5. What is the mat color?
    The mat is the rigid colored board that goes around the cartoon.
     
  6. Is the mat included in the size of the personalized picture?
    Yes. The 4"x5" , 8"x10" and 11"x14" measurements are the outside dimensions of a matted picture. If you are purchasing your own frame, be sure it is one of these two sizes.
     
  7. Can you change the hair color?
    Unfortunately, Anita cannot change the hair color at this time. It's a combination of her style as well as technical limitations. Her characters' hair has always been drawn with black ink. (It's nothing personal. Anita's husband Michael and son Carson are blondes.) However, Anita continues to experiment with hair color, and she hopes to offer this option in the future.
     
  8. Can you darken the skin on my personalized pictures?
    No Problem! If you want Dark Skin for a specific character, simply type (DS) after their name. Please go to our Home Page to see an example.
     
  9. Help! I just sent my order and realized that I made a mistake on the spelling. What can I do?
    Send us an email on the Contact Us page. Let us know your name and confirmation number. Give us the correct spelling and we will make the changes on your order. Please send it as soon as possible as your order will be shipped the following business day.
     
  10. What do I do if there is a mistake on my order once I received it?
    Just send us an email (customerservice@cowboychuck.com) or give us a call at (800) 407-2357 and we will be happy to take care of it.
     
  11. My order is being sent as a gift. Can you include a gift message?
    Absolutely! You will see information for a gift message on the Shopping Cart page.
     
  12. Are there any differences between your Web catalog and your Printed catalog?
    Our printed catalog includes only a fraction of the available personalized cartoons and products that we offer. Please visit our web site often to see our entire collection, latest additions and monthly FREE cartoons.
     
  13. How are your products personalized?
    Depending on the product, they are either hand-lettered or personalized via computer by our artists.
     
  14. Does Anita do custom work?
    No, sorry. Running her business, drawing new cartoons and taking great care of Michael and Carson keeps her pretty busy. However, please suggest any cartoons you would like to see added to her collection because Anita uses these suggestions whenever she sits down to draw new cartoons.
